The Analytics Team also serves as strategic advisors to the consulting staff. Positions include: Primary Research, Marketing Science, Operations Research, Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Insights.
Principals Consultants must be able to leverage their years of experience and industry best practices in advising clients. Principals are expected to be trusted advisors to C-level executives. It is critical that they are able to clearly and simply explain both technical and conceptual constructs to clients, and they must help organizations understand the business process and total cost of action and inaction.
Successful candidates will stand out in how they can independently lead engagements using unique problem-solving approaches, creative technical and analytical methods, coupled with an ability to synthesize and clearly communicate insights into clear, actionable recommendations – whether to the CEO or front-line operations manager.
