Chief Operating Officer (FILLED)
The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for leading all staff functions of the Firm including Finance, HR, Recruiting, Marketing, Facilities & Office Services, Professional Support, Research, Procurement, Technology, and Risk Management. Reporting directly to the Chairperson, the position will manage ongoing activities and simultaneously reconfigure business processes and systems to drive efficiency and support continued development of the organization.
A key objective for this role is to systematically and comprehensively implement proven best practice approaches to position the Firm for its next 50 years of growth. The successful candidate will thus need strategic vision to design and effectively deploy a transformation program spanning operations, technology, and human capital, along with the execution capability to drive individual projects through to successful completion.
