Roberto Camici

Roberto Camici, a Senior Managing Director at P&C Global, and leads the Digital Transformation and IT Transformation practice groups worldwide and he is a key figure in the Corporate Performance, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Applications practice groups. Born in Italy and now a French national, Roberto divides his time between Paris and Milan, embodying the global perspective that defines his work.

Roberto’s career trajectory began in the airline industry, where he served as a Process Optimization Engineer with Air France-KLM. His transformative efforts spanned across flight operations, passenger services, fleet management, and ground operations. His next career move took him to Groupe Galeries Lafayette, where he held various roles that optimized merchandising, logistics, customer care, and technology operations. These efforts were instrumental in supporting the company’s global expansion. Roberto’s journey then led him to the Triple Five Group, where he established a shared services organization that delivered Finance, Treasury, HR, Technology, Logistics, and Corporate Real Estate to all business units of the $50 billion conglomerate. He also oversaw the implementation of a unified suite of enterprise software applications.

Roberto’s academic credentials are equally impressive. He holds a dual-major Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Management from the University of Padua and a Master of Science in Processing Engineering from the University of Bologna. His postgraduate studies led him to earn an Executive Certificate in “Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption” from INSEAD and a graduate of the prestigious Advanced Management Program from HEC Paris which focuses on strategic thinking, decision-making, and leadership in a global business context. The program covers a wide range of topics relevant to senior executives, including strategy formulation and implementation, organizational change, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

In addition to his postgraduate credentials, Roberto holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Cloud Security Professional (CSSP) from Internet Systems Consortium, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from Information Systems Audit and Control Association, and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification.
