Senior Vice President, Global Data and Digital Strategy (FILLED)
The Global Data & Digital Strategy group (GD&DS) is a team of motivated and resourceful strategy professionals, focused on driving the bank’s data and digital agenda across all of our businesses and markets. The team provides enterprise-wide coordination, acceleration, and expertise in support of the bank’s transformation to a digital-first and data-led institution. The team’s mandate comprises four primary areas:
The candidate will support the core objectives of the team including end-to-end ownership of key deliverables including the bank’s Digital Scorecard, Competitive Benchmarking Analysis, and operational responsibility for the bank’s Digital Governance Office. This individual will also be responsible for the management of multiple cross-enterprise, next-gen technology communities (i.e. Blockchain, API’s, /Open Banking, Digital Identity).
The candidate will be an independent performer with the ability to drive projects from start to finish with limited supervision. This position will have a high degree of exposure to different businesses across the enterprise and will require direct stakeholder engagement with senior executives across the firm. To that end, the candidate should have a high degree of comfort and experience developing and presenting client-ready documents and engaging with senior business leaders.
As the team operates in an unpredictable and high demand environment, the candidate will need to be prepared to respond to unexpected deliverable requests with a short turnaround time and with a high-quality output. This position is well-suited for individuals that embrace unstructured and complex problems and that desire to operate at a global level with a high degree of Senior Management exposure. A desire to learn multiple aspects of banking and adapt to a steep learning curve is important, as the team engages in a wide breadth of digital topics across the organization.
